Parkwood skin clinic is a private billing practice. Our fees are determined by the Australian Medical Association recommended rates and the costs associated with running a high-quality medical practice.
Consultations and procedures are eligible for Medicare rebates, but there will still be an out of pocket.
Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen and biopsies will not incur any out-of-pocket.
We request that you please give us at least 24 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice or if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and you have paid a deposit, Parkwood Skin Clinic reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit.
If you are late by more than 7 minutes, Parkwood Skin Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After two no shows at an appointment without previous notice, no more appointments will be scheduled. This is to ensure we do not compromise on the quality and timely care provided to other patients. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available.
